How do I consume magic mushrooms?
There are 5 best ways to consume magic mushrooms
- Straight up chew and swallow – The most usual way to ingest magic mushrooms is simply by eating them. Remember to chew. Effects will kick in typically after 30-45 minutes. The fuller your stomach the longer it will take for effects to begin: consuming mushrooms on an empty stomach, or with very little food, gives a shorter onset and stronger kick-in.
- Tea – Consider making a magic brew. Simply crush up the desired amount and place it in a tea bag or let it steep in hot water. Do not boil as high temperatures will destroy the active ingredients. Mix it with your favorite flavor of tea to improve taste.
- Capsules – Usually used when taking a micro-dose. Grinder up the magic mushrooms and fill empty gelatin or vegan capsules. The capsules only hold micro-dose doses. You do have the option to take multiple to feel full effects if desired. Capsules hide all taste and makes consumption very discreet.
- Psilocybin Edibles – Magic mushrooms can be added to virtually any food. The trick is whatever your recipe may be, avoid adding the mushrooms during any cooking stage. Under excessive heat magic mushrooms lose their potency. Baking mushrooms on top of a pizza, for example would result in reduced effects. Try adding magic mushrooms to sauces or toppings after the cooking is complete.
- Lemon Tek – Grind up your mushrooms into a powder. Place powder in a cup and squeeze enough lemon juice to cover the powder. Stir and leave it for 20 minutes. Do not leave longer than 20 minutes. Fill glass with water, stir evenly and drink. This method is to create a stronger effect because of the acidic lemon juice amplifying the psilocybin. Start with half of your desired dosage.
PREPARATION:
Age: We only sell mushrooms to people 19 years and older, but we know that not everyone matures at the same rate. We highly recommend users to be at least 21 years and older.
Health: Do not consume magic mushrooms if you are in a bad state of mental health. If you feel depressed, we recommend you try a micro-dose schedule and not take a recreational dose of magic mushrooms. When you are in a bad state of mind, a magic mushroom trip may enhance the bad and you will have a bad trip.
Do not take magic mushrooms if you are in a bad state of physical health. If you have a bacterial and or viral infection like the common cold or flu, avoid taking magic mushrooms until you are back to normal health.
Setting: Do not take magic mushrooms alone for the first time. It is preferred to consume while in the presences of someone who has taken magic mushrooms before.
Find a setting that is a quiet environment with no or very few strangers. Being in nature or a familiar indoor space is advisable. Do not take magic mushrooms in a very public place for the first time.
Do not plans or appointments 24 hours from consuming magic mushrooms. Take your time with your trip. The ideas of having to catch a train or go to an appointment after your trip will take a lot of beauty out of your trip. DO NOT operate motor vehicles during and immediately after your trip.
Switch off your phone. You may not react rationally in the event that there is a good or bad news. Some people switch off their doorbells as to ensure they are not disturbed.
Make sure you are able to contact emergency services in the extreme case they are required.
People: If you are taking magic mushrooms with a group, ensure you are with friends you can trust and enjoy being around. Do not take magic mushrooms with people you feel normally uncomfortable around as the trip will enhance these feelings and reduce the chance of having a great trip. Desire: Do not take magic mushrooms because others are asking you to. If you do not feel comfortable and are not willing to take it on your own will it may have a negative effect on your trip. Food and drinks: Ensure there is plenty of drinking water for everyone. Water does not lessen the effect, but magic mushroom trips tend to dehydrate the body, so it is recommended everyone hydrate.
Keeping some sugary drinks (dextrose) nearby is highly recommended. Sugary drinks will lessen the effects of magic mushrooms. If you or someone is feeling overwhelmed, drink or offer sugary drinks.
Taking magic mushrooms on an empty stomach will have the best effects. If you have just eaten, consume magic mushrooms 2 hours after your last meal. The trip will begin 20-60 minutes after consuming magic mushrooms depending on your metabolism rate. If you do not feel the effects after 60 minutes, do not consume more right away.

THE JOURNEY:
When you begin your trip on magic mushrooms you will feel changes in your senses. This means that your senses work on a higher frequency. You will experience things that you would normally not see or realize. These visions are often enigmatic and are not always what they seem. The beauty lies in puzzles. During the trip: Drink plenty of water. Drinking water will not diminish your trip but only make your body more comfortable for a more enjoyable trip. Needs: Everyone will experience a magic mushroom trip in their own way. The difference between each persons needs differ greatly. Some love to chat, some prefer silence, one wants to make love while another doesn’t want to be touched. It is good to be able to communicate about this at forehand and you will understand the importance of surrounding yourself with people you like and trust.

How do I know microdosing is working?
Since a microdose is meant to be non-psychoactive it is difficult to measure its effects without being very conscious of yourself. Some self-reflection is required to understand your improvements. You can track the effects with this ‘Check Yourself’ checklist. Most likely, you won’t be affected in all areas, but it’s important to take a comprehensive review of the effects. There are 7 areas to track:
- Mental: Notice the thoughts running through your mind. Are they the same as usual, or different in nature? Are you having more or fewer thoughts than usual? In general, is your mind more clear or more cluttered?
- Creative: Are you finding new qualities in things, like stories in objects? Do you find your mind wandering in directions it doesn’t usually? Are you getting more ideas than usual? Do solutions to problems come more easily?
- Emotional: Do your feelings take on any different qualities than before? Are there more or fewer feelings experienced than usual? How quickly do you process them before reaching a resolution and moving on? Is sex better, or a different quality?
- Social: How are you expressing your thoughts and feelings? Are there any changes in the pacing, tone, or nature of your speech? What about your facial expressions? Do you smile more or less? What frequency do you agree or disagree with someone in conversation? Do you talk differently with your coworkers, spouse, friends and family? The barista at the local coffee shop?
- Body: Take a look at how aware (or not aware) you are of your body. Now zoom in on the body by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths. Slow your mind and place your full attention on any sensations in your body. Do you notice anything?
- Capabilities: Notice if you’re more able to complete certain tasks than usual. This might manifest as changes in attention span, physical/visual acuity, verbal fluidity, problem solving ability, empathy, different areas of awareness, and so on.
- Outlook: Are you more positive or negative? More optimistic or pessimistic? More or less skeptical? More fearful and guarded, or open to possibilities Feelings of oneness, universality, truth, connectedness, love, or peace are also in this area.
Can I mix magic mushrooms with other drugs
NEVER mix magic mushrooms with other drugs, this includes alcohol and cannabis.

Can magic mushrooms cause psychological trauma?
If you have high anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or dealing with other psychological problems or mood disorders you should avoid consuming magic mushrooms. Because of the way psilocybin works on the brain, taking mushrooms might have negative consequences for someone whose mental health is already compromised.
Can I become dependent on mushrooms?
Studies have shown that magic mushrooms do not have tendencies to cause addiction. On the contrary magic mushrooms have been used therapeutically to end addiction. With repeated consumption one’s tolerance may increase, requiring a larger dose to achieve the same effects.
How does psilocybin tolerance work?
Consuming magic mushrooms on a regular basis will build your tolerance for psilocybin. Tolerance to psilocybin builds and dissipates quickly. If you take magic mushrooms about once a week, the effects will be diminished. The built up tolerance should dissipate if you take a few days off.

Can magic mushrooms be detected in a drug test?
Most standardized tests do not test for psilocybin or psilocin the essential psychoactive substances.
If a test is ordered specifically looking for psilocybin or psilocin it can be detected but ONLY if a specific test is ordered for it. Standard pre-employment tests do not include this because the tests are so expensive.
